Kawakawa is a collection of waiata (songs) written by Huia, some produced by her and others by Baitercell, Rei, Sean Richards and Devin Abrams.

12 tracks in total, with a release every 8 weeks, the full album will be out in August 2025 after Huia's travel to Cymru, UK, Scotland and Turtle Island (Canada).

 

Each tune will have a bilingual flip, with featured artists coming in from around the world. This includes remixes from Max Maxwell and Eamon.
